JACKSON, Miss. - With 2021 coming to a close, the Belhaven Athletics Communication Department is highlighting some of the Blazers' top moments from the year. Our third moment to be recognized is Kelton Kemp becoming the first track athlete to qualify for the NCAA Championships.
